This guide will help you solve issues caused by errorcode 1020/1033 on Windows 7:
If Wakuoo pops up this notification for you on your Win7 PC, keep reading.
Please kindly note: this guide is NOT suitable for Windows 10 users, Win 10 users could directly ask our Facebook HelpTeam for support.
1. Go to Control Panel >> System and Security >> Windows Update >> Change Settings >> Important Updates >> Change the option to Install updates automatically (recommended)
You don't need to actually update your Windows system, just make sure the icon on the left is changed to a green checkmark as shown in the screenshot below.
***After successfully solving this issue, you could change the option back to Never ask for update.
2. Go to this location path on your PC and find the file Windows6.1-KB3033929.msu, double-click to execute.
C:\Program Files (x86) \ WakuooVM \ WKPlayerVM \ RT \ Windows6.1-KB3033929.msu
***If you don't have the file, go to Wakuoo's website and install the latest version of Wakuoo.
3. Reboot your PC and relaunch Wakuoo.
